Food Front (NW Thurman Store) carries Curious Farm Pink Lady Sauerkraut, Leek-Horseradish Sauerkraut, Ginger-Turmeric Sauerkraut, Spicy Radish Kimchi, Garlic-Ginger Chili Sauce, and Beet Kvass.

 

At the Curious Farm booth at the Beaverton Farmers Market (market spot #15, along Hall Street, the eastern edge of the Market, across from the library), we bring an ever-changing assortment of the favorite products mentioned above, and we also bring short-run and highly seasonal sauerkrauts, kimchi, pickles and more.  Even better, at the Beaverton Farmers Market, we’ll have samples available of everything we bring to the Market that day.  Come try something new!

Available at Beaverton Farmers Market on May 19th :  Classic Sauerkraut, Pink Lady Sauerkraut, Ginger-Turmeric Sauerkraut, Sauerruben, Spring Harvest Kimchi, Sweet Radish Kimchi, Spicy Radish Kimchi, Tsvikly (Beet-Horseradish Relish – 12oz), Sour Celeriac Pickle, and Beet Kvass.
